Free over €75,00, €4,95 below it, 30 days on everything and 30 nights on bedding.
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the same afternoon. Anything later goes the next morning. We do not dispatch at weekends or on Dutch public holidays.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed — not when the parcel is scanned, so allow a few hours for the first movement to show.

Prices shown on the site include VAT for EU destinations. For the UK, Switzerland and Norway, import duty and local VAT are charged by the carrier on delivery and are not included — we would rather say so here than surprise you at the door.
Recycled card and paper tape, with moulded paper pulp rather than foam around the ceramics. No plastic. If a ceramic arrives broken, photograph it in the box before you unpack any further and we will replace it without asking for the pieces back.
Bedding gets 30 nights, and you may return it washed and slept in for a full refund. That is unusual and it is deliberate: linen cannot be judged before it has been through a machine, so a trial that required it to be unused would be worthless.
Returned bedding is not resold. It is laundered and donated to a shelter in Amsterdam, which is also why we can only offer the trial once per household per size.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. That is longer than the 14 days EU law requires.
Outside bedding, the item must be unused and complete. For towels that means unwashed with the band still on; for ceramics and candles, unused and in the box.
We do not run exchanges as a separate process, because it is slower. Return the first item and place a new order — if the new one is now out of stock, tell us and we will hold one for you.
If something arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we pay postage both ways and replace it. Broken ceramics do not need to be sent back — a photograph is enough. See care for what counts as wear rather than a fault.
